After years of building great teams from the boardroom to the mission field, Ryan Wall realized that many leaders were struggling to get the consistent traction they were looking for. He started Mission Driven Teams to help entrepreneurial leaders achieve their mission through teaching, facilitating and coaching simple concepts that have extraordinary impact.  

 

He, like so many other leaders, read lots of books, learned from watching others and experimented with lots of different ways to get the most his teams. But he often he found himself overwhelmed with where to start, discouraged that someone else was leading better, questioning what was the best next step, or even worse- coasting because he felt like everything was going great. There had to be a better way. 

 

He noticed that many friends were feeling stuck too. "Why is leadership so hard?" "How can some people make it look so easy?" "Why can't I get more traction?" After years of trying lots of  experiments that worked and a few more that didn't; he started to hone in how to make things more simple and more repeatable to get the desired momentum.
